Exercises You Can Do To Prevent Obesity While Being Quarantined



It’s almost the 3rd week of staying in quarantine and we all are getting restless to go outside. People are looking for little excuses to step outside their home even if it is to buy some grocery. But unfortunately, none of us knows when we will be able to eradicate COVID-19 completely. Even staying at home, you need to stay healthy or else you will be the one to get sick next. Even if that doesn’t happen, to stay active, doing exercises is a good way to maintain your weight. Jump Rope

Don’t have anything to do and getting bored out of your mind? Well, you can go up and down the stairs of your home for 5 minutes. Sooner your strength will increase and you will be able to hold the position for a long time. It is the best exercise for your core. 

Dancing or Aerobics



It is normal to get bored with the same workout routine. If you want to change things up a bit, try a dance or aerobics routine. It will not only help you burn calories but also let you have fun. 

Lunges



Another easy and effective exercise is lunges. You can also try something new where you instead of stepping back keep moving forward in a lunge position. You will be walking the whole house in lunges. You can also make it more challenging by doing it by holding weights in your hand.
